‘Implement the one you like among all our schemes…’, Rajasthan CM Gehlot appeals to PM Modi

ANI, Bikaner.  Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Saturday highlighted the schemes implemented by the state government for the benefit of the public and appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to study the schemes and accordingly implement some of them in the country.

Addressing journalists in Bikaner, CM Gehlot said, “We appeal to the Prime Minister that we have such good schemes, you should study them.” Whatever scheme you like, implement it in the country. If we can provide insurance, old pension scheme then why can’t the Center provide it?”

CM Gehlot further said that all the promises and schemes announced before the elections will be implemented. The CM said, “We have experienced that our schemes were stopped as soon as the government changed. We have a guarantee that not a single scheme of ours will be stopped, which is still going on.”

PM Modi attacked Rajasthan government

Earlier in a scathing attack on the Congress-ruled Rajasthan government, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said people have made up their mind to vote out the Ashok Gehlot regime and bring back the BJP. Addressing the ‘Parivartan Sankalp Mahasabha’ in Jaipur, PM Modi said the Congress deserves zero marks for its inept administration and governance in the state.

PM Modi said, “For the way Congress has run the government here, it deserves a big zero score. The people of Rajasthan have made up their mind to remove the Gehlot government and bring back the BJP.” He said that the Congress government under the leadership of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot wasted five important years of the youth of Rajasthan.

The 2023 Rajasthan Assembly elections are expected to be held in or before December this year. The Congress party has a majority in the 200-seat Rajasthan Assembly and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is leading the state government.
